Two weeks return time was reasonable as I understand the manufacturing and customization. Upon delivery, visual inspection shows the quality, time and effort going into this product. As a former/retired police officer, it was as if I had my original badge however I decided not to put my former badge number and install “Retired” instead should there be any impersonating issues with my department. Good job. I would definitely purchase this product again and would highly recommend to former co-workers.

Only ask would be this, if the custom price could drop a bit, I think that would grab more interest for collectors who like to do similar memorbilia type items.

Honestly, I thought I'd pay money for this service and for the badge and never get it, but to my pleasant surprise it showed up and didn't take too terribly long.
So I have excluded two pictures of the current Chicago police star. The one not in the plastic bag is the real deal. So the replica is pretty darn close to the real thing. I am very pleased with my purchase. I am retiring from the force in two months and will proudly display the replica in a display case. Love my purchase and experience with this company.
