Delivered But Not Received

All of our shipments include online parcel tracking. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your shipping address but you have not received your order, please contact your local delivery service provider for assistance according to your shipping method (DHL, FedEx or USPS) selected at checkout. We are NOT responsible for stolen or missing packages that have delivered status on the tracking number history.

If you have previously experienced lost or stolen packages where you reside, we encourage you to instead have your package delivered to a work address to ensure that you receive it safe and sound.

Realistically, mail almost NEVER gets lost. Simply ensure that your address is written correctly, and that you are not moving within the given delivery timeframe, and you should have absolutely nothing to worry about.
