We are NOT responsible for stolen or missing packages that have delivered status on the tracking number history.
All of our shipments include online parcel tracking, if the tracking information confirms that the parcel has been delivered to your shipping address but you have not received it, PLEASE visit your local USPS Post Office and call USPS Customer Service (Tel: 1-800-275-8777) for assistance. Because the responsibility for this situation is attributed to your local post office, we do not cover it.
Please carefully review the USPS official help guide for more information on this situation below:

In addition, we recommend checking with your family or neighbors first, because sometimes the parcel may be dropped off in the neighbor’s mailbox by mistake.
Or even you may also contact the United States Postal Inspector (aka the Postal Police) to check the monitoring equipment near your house or apartment, so you will clearly know who took your mail.
If you have previously experienced lost or stolen packages where you reside, we encourage you to instead have your package delivered to a work address to ensure that you receive it safe and sound.
Realistically, mail almost NEVER gets lost. Simply ensure that your address is written correctly, and that you are not moving within the given delivery timeframe, and you should have absolutely nothing to worry about.
