- For all orders, any rejected deliveries will not be eligible for refunds.
- Please make sure to double check your shipping address before placing your order. Unfortunately if the package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address you provided or are unavailable during the delivery process, the shipping company will destroy your package. The tracking number may update as "Return to sender" by default but sadly it will NOT be returning to us. We CANNOT refund or reship in this situation.
Because in all fairness, this situation is NOT our fault, we shipped your order exactly according to the shipping address you provided, so we should not and will NOT bear innocent losses. We would like your understanding that while we understand your plight, we hope that you understand we have our costs too. We have families to feed, just like you! :)
We are honest and reliable manufacturer, we have a delivery guarantee on all orders, if the package is undeliverable or returned due to our cause or fault, we will re-send your order FOR FREE.
