The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

  • Processing time (3-5 business days): Order verification, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to our warehouse for dispatch within 24 business hours after the order is placed. The warehouse and logistics company process the orders within 2-4 business days.
  • Shipping time: It refers to the time that takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. It usually take about 12-25 business days to reach your door. Besides, expedited DHL Express shipping option is also available, it normally takes 3-7 business days.

When your order is dispatched we'll send you an email with your tracking details so you can follow its journey.
