All our badges are sold striclty for the 4 points as stated below. By purchasing and/or accepting delivery of the badge that is being offered, you agree to own or use the badge ONLY for one of the following four specific purposes:
18 U.S. Code § 716. Public employee insignia and uniform
(1) as a memento, or in a collection or exhibit;
(2) for decorative purposes;
(3) for a dramatic presentation, such as a theatrical, film, or television production; or
(4) for any other recreational purpose.
All badges sold on our website are intended solely for retirement memorabilia, collectibles, theatrical productions, movies & TV props, or any other recreational purposes.
By purchasing any item from us, the buyer agrees to use it in a legal manner. We have also clearly stated this in the description of each item.
We are not responsible for any legal issues, and anyone ordering or purchasing items from us assumes full responsibility for their actions.
