2. How much does shipping cost?
You can enjoy free shipping on orders over US$29.99. Otherwise,Standard Shipping costs US$5.99. If you choose Priority Processing (Order Shipped First), it starts at $9.99 USD.
PS.: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on the product weight and your shipping location. We strive to ensure shipping charges are affordable.
3. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time
(not including customs delays, weekends, holidays, and any unforeseen circumstances)

Wrong Shipping Information

4. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with the corresponding information. After that, you will be able to click: TRACK MY ORDER to track the shipment status.

When the product is hand-made in Tibet or Nepal and delivered to the carrier, the tracking order number will be uploaded to the order page afterward.

Due to international transportation, it takes 3-5 days for the package to arrive at the airport of the international shipping center. During this period, there is no transport information for inland transport from Tibet or Nepal to the international shipping center. The shipping information will not be updated until the package arrives at the international shipping center and is scanned.
So please don't worry and just wait 3-5 days for it to update the information.
6. What if the package doesn’t arrive?
If you don’t get your package 45 business days after it was shipped, please contact us at support@coinsouvenir.com. We’ll either resent a new one to you or give you a full refund.
