Reshipment of Your Order

• This listing is for replacement products or orders for our VIP customers, please refer to email communication for details.

• It is also applies to an order reshipment due to an incorrect address, insufficient address or an unclaimed package.

• It is also applies to a package that has been stuck in transit for more than 30 business days without further updates. Also includes various customs clearance issues (eg packages have been held by customs for a long time).

• Please make sure the shipping address for the reshipped order is correct and complete. We are not responsible for delivery failure or package loss caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  

• Your order will be repacked and reshipped through new shipping service, you will receive a new tracking number within 24-48 business hours. Please note that it may take up to 3-5 days to show progress, although the package is already on it's way.
